Delphards admin application

- Reason(s) for wanting to be an admin: I feel like the server could use a extra hand because i am on alot and i relize when there are no admins on there are cheaters and i would be a good addition to the server.

- How long have you been playing Gmod? - 469 hours
- How long have you been playing on NW GAMING server? - About 2 weeks
- What do you think you can offer/bring to the admin community? - I can stop propblock, RDM, proppush, propsurf, i will also listen to all ideas and try to include them into the community i will take my tiem and listen to both sides of the story if there is a problem. i will do my best and help all.

I think Delphard would be a great admin, He helps a lot trys to help other people when the propkillers and pushers come out, and he is a nice man.

Delphard would be a very good admin hes on ALLOT he helps were he can he doesnt get mad easily. I think he would be a very good admin
