Snake Temp Ban Problem...

I know this is a temp ban but i got banned buy a non-admin as far as ik and like his tag wasnt admin and he could do anything a admin could do.. he killed me then i waited the 3mins went back and tryed to kill him then he ban me for 30mins?!?!?! Im not really sure what has happend but im confused if anyone could clear this up?
